Promo.Launchzon is a huge high quality product promotion network. Our community of thought leaders and buyers are passionate about checking out new products and receiving the best discounts. Our service connects the product discount code provided by store owners to our huge promotions network.

How do I sign up?

If you are not a member yet please click Join As Shopper and subscribe for a Monthly or Annual subscription. Once you are done click Go Shopping and start claiming the discount codes for your favorite items

What does this cost?

Right now we offer a $2.99/month full access plan. This service is absolutely free to the people providing the products since they already are giving sometimes 85% or more off their products. We don’t expect 100% of the products you receive to be reviewed and we do not force you to make reviews. We do encourage users to get as many codes as they can each month so we can continue to add more interesting products to the store.

How many products can I checkout?

Currently you can checkout any product code in our store one time. Once ‘purchased’ the product can no longer be added to the cart. We add new products to the store daily so come on back and see what new deals are waiting for you.

What do I do after I checkout a code?

After you receive your product code go to Amazon and use it on appropriate product to receive your discount. A few days later your product will arrive as usual. We encourage you to treat these products as normal Amazon purchases.

My code doesn't work. What do I do?

If your code does not work at checkout on Amazon there are several error codes it can provide. Please log into your account and submit the Report Problem form.

I lost my code. How do I retrieve it?

On checkout a message with your code will be sent to the email attached to your Promo.Launchzon account. In addition you can log into your my account page and view your order history. Here there will be an option to click down for more details on your orders. On the more details screen you will see the product code you were provided. Each product in your my account area will have this single use code attached to the order information in a similar way.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please contact the seller on amazon. Make sure you send them the pictures of the broken/damaged item.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your my account page and canceling your payments there. If you wish to fully delete your account then please contact our support department here and they will work with you in deleting your user account with us.

How do I get a refund?

You can cancel and refund your subscription by logging into your my account page and canceling your payments there. To receive a refund on your latest payment then please submit a problem to our support department here and they will work with you in refunding your last payment.
